Bullet Journal Spreads: Imposter Syndrome Cures

This is a companion post for my article on How To Overcome Imposter Syndrome, where I explain the exact steps I took to conquer my imposter syndrome once and for all. A major part of that journey was writing about it in my writer’s notebook.

Below are some of the sections I dedicated to dealing with my Imposter Syndrome. Take a look if you want some inspiration.

*Note this is simply an inspirational piece designed to give you ideas for how to set up your writer’s notebook. It is not a complete list of everything you should include. Some critical steps are not listed. Please use this link if you want to see the full article.

1. List your accomplishments – list everything you’ve ever done that makes you proud of yourself.

2. Treat perceived failures as learning experiences.

3. List your affirmations – simple phrases you can repeat to yourself when you have doubts and fears about writing (or anything else).

4. Motivation Page – Embrace positive feedback and learn how to internalize praise (instead of rejecting it).

5. An actual journal page (or more likely, pages) dedicated to writing about when imposter syndrome struck and how you dealt with it.

However you decide to deal with imposter syndrome, I hope it leaves you alone for good. So you can begin walking the path of your writing journey with confidence and pride.

Love & Light, Nicole
